Ghani Governance (Salman A Ghani) is the controller for personal data you send through this website or by email or phone when you enquire about Microsoft Purview work.
We use enquiry data to respond to you and, if we work together, to deliver the engagement. We do not sell personal data and we do not run a trades-style referral marketing list from this site.
The discovery workshop form on this site posts via Formsubmit (formsubmit.co) to hello@ghanigovernance.co.uk. We use that message to reply to the enquiry. Formsubmit is the processor for that hop. Phone and email enquiries are also stored in ordinary business records.

Cookies, analytics and call tracking
When you first visit, Ghani Governance shows a cookie banner. We only use the optional tools below if you click Accept; if you click Reject or ignore the banner they stay off. Your choice is stored in your browser (localStorage key cc_consent_v1).
Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC). Measures which pages are visited, how you arrived (for example a search or advert), device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and on-site actions such as starting a form or tapping a phone number. It uses Google Consent Mode v2 with everything set to denied by default: until you click Accept, no analytics or advertising cookies are set and Google receives only cookieless, aggregated signals. Google may process data outside the UK under its own safeguards.
WhatConverts call tracking (WhatConverts LLC, USA). Shows a tracking phone number and records which page or advert led to a call or form enquiry. For tracked calls it may log your phone number, call time and duration and, where enabled, a call recording; it also records the referring page and campaign. The WhatConverts script is not loaded at all unless you click Accept.
